Has anyone got hot flashes before expected period or possible pregnancy?

just wondering? I had hot flashes like I was VERY hot and then clammy and have had flushed face off and on for days, I am supposed to start period today.

    I got them after a few months into my pregnancy (both kids).. sometimes with my period, but only rarely.
